This first meeting is where we can start getting acquainted. I'll ask questions to understand your unique story and relationship journey. Sharing personal details can be tough, and I appreciate your courage in taking this step. As we talk, my goal is to build trust and a safe space for open communication. This foundation is crucial for exploring your concerns and working towards a stronger relationship.
After this we will discuss relationship history, why relationship counseling now, and goals that both of you have for your relationship. We will discuss future plans for treatment and create a process that works best for each person in the relationship.
